E-Statements

Now you can get your monthly credit union statement electronically. This means no more waiting for the statement to arrive in the mail.

Here's how it works. Each month, you will receive - usually on the 1st or 2nd day of the month - an e-mail notice that your statement is ready. Click on the link in the e-mail to go to your statement. You will have to enter a special "security code" to access your statement. The statement will appear just like the current printed statement including the reconciliation form. You will also be able to view our newsletter.

In addition to the current month's statement, you will also have access to statements for the preceding two months. For permanent records, you will have the option to print your statement or save it on disk (a 3½ disk will hold 12 months of 3-page statements).

All you need to access your monthly statement electronically are:
  • You will need Acrobat Reader 4.05 or greater version to view your statement.
  • Use the most recent version of your browser. Browser recommendations:
    • Netscape Communicator 4.7x or above (128-bit encrypted)
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or above (128-bit encrypted)
    • America Online 32 bit encrypted version 4.0 or above
  • If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer for your browser, you will need the following setting enabled to view your statement:
    • In the browser, go into your "Tools" from the menu bar;
    • Choose "Internet Options",
    • Choose "Advanced",
    • Scroll down to "security",
    • Place a check mark in the box for "Do not save encrypted files to disk",
    • Choose "Apply".
  • For security reasons, e-statements can only be accessed using a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
  • E-statements are not compatible with WebTV
